How to Use

• In the bath or shower, dampen your skin with warm water.

• Scoop a small amount into your hand or onto a loofah.

• Massage gently in circular motions across the body, focusing on dull or dark areas.

• Leave on skin for 1–2 minutes to allow turmeric benefits.

• Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

• Pat skin dry.

• Apply a moisturizer or body oil immediately after.

• Use 2–3 times weekly (reduce frequency if the skin becomes irritated)
