If your order arrives damaged, DO NOT accept the package. Contact us within 24 hours by telephone or email with details of the damage.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, you will be notified immediately once we become aware of the issue. If, after 5 working days from the notification, the parcel still cannot be located, a refund will be issued directly to your bank account.
